Talent Acquisition FAQs

Upon submission of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will conduct a comprehensive review to assess your suitability for the specified role. Additionally, we will explore the potential match between your skills and other open opportunities within the organization.

Our goal is to review applications within two business days and respond promptly. However, please be aware that positions with a higher volume of applications may require additional time for thorough consideration. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Depending on the level of the role we may follow a 3-4 step interview process. After reviewing your application, if you are selected, you will receive a link to schedule an interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team via phone or video call. If you progress to the next stage, the process includes an interview with the Hiring Manager through a video call, followed by a team interview with potential future department members. For Director level and above, there may be an additional interview. Following the last interview, successful candidates will be notified of a job offer.

We request that you meet the qualifications outlined in the job description. Additionally, we are actively seeking candidates who align with our core values of prioritizing kindness, operational excellence, cultivating joy and scientific rigor. As you reflect on your fit for the role, consider how you resonate with these values. Ask yourself: How do I align with these values, and what unique contributions can I bring to the organization considering these principles?

Feedback availability depends on the stage of the interview process. If your application is not selected after a preliminary interview and beyond, feedback may be provided, though it’s not guaranteed.

The timeframe varies based on the role, the number of candidates, and the hiring team’s schedule. Our goal is to reach a hiring decision within two weeks from your final interview.

Absolutely. We are dedicated to fostering career growth and provide training, development programs, and internal promotion opportunities for qualified individuals.
