Paul joins Ora with more than three decades of experience managing global teams in the pharmaceutical and pharma services industries. A world-class operating executive, Paul will further strengthen Ora’s global growth and deepen the organization’s commitment to continued operational excellence through his leadership. His expertise will help Ora scale properly by designing and implementing business strategies and processes required to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Paul’s patient focused, service-minded approach directly aligns with Ora’s mission to serve patients and ophthalmology innovators around the world.
Paul started his career at Eli Lilly and Company, where he assumed increasing roles of responsibility across the US, Europe, and Asia. Later, he joined PPD and served as Executive Vice President of Global Clinical Development and sat on the Executive Committee that oversaw all customer partnerships. In 2018, he became the President of Clinical Solutions at Syneos Health, and then Chief Business Officer shortly afterwards.
