“Over my six years at Ora, I’ve progressed from my role as a Clinical Research Coordinator I to exploring new functions in clinical research as a recently promoted Clinical Trial Associate II. In my current role, I assist Project Managers in clinical study conduct, support research sites throughout an entire study, manage the electronic trial master file, and ensure compliance with study specific protocol along with GCP. But what makes me stick around at Ora is more than just the job, it feels like a close-knit community.
